At Cielito Bakery, we believe that every cake tells a story, and ours begins with two passionate bakers, Imelda and Erika. With nearly a decade of experience baking cakes for friends and family, what started as a hobby has blossomed into a business built on love, tradition, and a deep appreciation for the art of baking.

Our Story

Imelda and Erika’s journey began with a simple yet treasured family recipe for traditional Mexican Tres Leches cake, lovingly passed down by Imelda’s mother. Over the years, they perfected this classic dessert, adding their own unique touch and expanding their menu to include a variety of flavors — each one carefully crafted and refined with passion.

From intimate birthday celebrations to grand weddings and XV años, Imelda and Erika have created hundreds of custom cakes, each designed to bring joy, sweetness, and unforgettable memories to every special occasion.

In January 2023, Cielito Bakery, formerly known as Pastelería Cielito Lindo, officially began serving the community. As demand continued to grow, so did the number of families who trusted us to be part of their most meaningful moments.

Today, Cielito Bakery proudly operates from Atlanta Shared Kitchens in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. We specialize in custom-made cakes and operate by pre-order only. We currently offer delivery service only, with free delivery available in most areas.
