With nearly a decade of experience baking cakes for friends and family, what started as a hobby has blossomed into a business built on love, tradition, and a deep appreciation for the art of baking.

Our Story
Imelda and Erika’s journey began with a simple yet treasured family recipe for the traditional Mexican Tres Leches cake, passed down by Imelda’s mother. Over the years, they perfected this classic dessert, developing a unique flair for its creation. Their dedication didn’t stop there. As they expanded their menu, they introduced a variety of flavors, each one lovingly crafted and refined over time.

From small birthday celebrations to grand weddings and XV años, Imelda and Erika have made over a hundred custom cakes for special events, each one tailored to bring joy and sweetness to the occasion.

In January of 2023, Cielito Bakery, formerly known as Pastelería Cielito Lindo, officially opened its doors to the public in Sandy Springs. Due to growing demand and the joy of seeing smiles on people’s faces, the bakery relocated to Peachtree Corners. Today, we proudly serve our community from Atlanta Shared Kitchen at 6899 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, Suite D, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092.
